Dubai Carbon is looking to hire a Sustainability Project Manager.

As Sustainability Project manager, you will work within the Advisory Department, and support the team with:

• Delivery of projects – Support the team(s) in delivering solutions to our clients.
• Develop and define project scopes and project plans
• Business development – support the team with developing new proposals, actively build a network in the UAE and respond to RFPs

Required skills and knowledge for the role

• 2+ years of experience within related disciplines
• 1+ years of Sustainability advisory and verification experience
• English speaking however (Arabic & English preferred)
• Experience with ISAE 3000, Integrated Reporting, GRI Standards Reporting Guidelines and Sustainability Reporting
• Experience with Greenhouse Gas Accounting and Carbon Footprinting
• Knowledge of UNFCCC CDM Standard, Gold Standard, VCS and carbon markets
• Excellent written and oral business communication skills
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Demonstrated experience with consensus and relationship building
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients
• Evidence of client networking success
• Experience in supporting a team in developing and growing
• Undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering or related discipline.

• PRINCE 2 or PMP Certified
• Integrated Reporting (IR)

• Sustainably Development Goals (SDGs)
• United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)
• Environment and Social Governance (ESG)
• Social Return On Investment (SROI) or equivalent
